From 100’s of patches to choose from, more than 12 colors of hats and different type of chains, the possibilities are endless. We will help you along the way, but it’s all about the creative process! You can mix and match styles, colors and themes and create a one of a kind hat to wear anywhere.

Hosting a baby shower, bachelorette / bridal party, girls night out or a birthday party? We'd love to be there! Just send an inquiry below and we'll reach out to you. Minimum of 5 people per event.

Have a custom theme in mind? We can order custom patches and pins to go along with your parties theme! Just put that information in the inquiry along with the date and estimated amount of people attending!
FAQS about hat bar parties
+ Is there a minimum amount of people required?
We require a minimum of 5 people per party. The more people = the more fun!
+ What are the prices per person?
Adults and youth hats are as follows:
Youth hats: hat + up to 3 patches are $18 each
Adult hats: hat + up to 4 patches (one signature patch & 3 accessory patches) are $25 each
We will also have a la carte options: Extra signature patches - $6
Pins - $3
Chains - $5
(signature patches are typically the larger patches with sayings on them. Rather than me charging per patch as the cost for those is much higher at my cost, I wanted to find a cost effective way for both the consumer and myself)
+ What is required to book you?
We require a $50 non refundable deposit to book a party, with this amount going towards your party total as long as their is no last minute cancellations. We also need the date, time and amount of people attending.
(Last minute cancellation of the party is a forfeit in your deposit.)
+ How long do we get you for? Is there traveling fees?
We bring it all, set it up, and take it down. You’ll get us for a full 2 hours and can pay a small fee for more time with an XL party.
We don’t charge for travel unless the event is outside the main parts of southern Oregon, and we will just charge some gas cost.
