Refund policy

First, thank you for supporting Urban Glow and purchasing items from us, we appreciate you so much. We're so sorry to hear the items weren't perfect for you, lets walk through the process of returning or exchanging!


In order to be eligible for a refund return which is in the form of a gift card, items must be returned within 14 days of your in store or online purchase. For online purchases, the 14 days starts from the date your item was DELIVERED. Return postage for online returns is payed by the customer at the flat rate of $4.95 and will not be Urban Glows responsibility. In store returns for online items are always welcome, we are centrally located in Central Point, OR.


Sale items that are deemed final sale are not eligible for a return. This doesn’t include discounted items from a promo code or store special. Anything purchased on a promo code or store special that doesn't clarify final sale are returnable for store credit. 
Purchased items must be in original condition, with all tags still attached, and obvious they were unused and unworn. 
After we receive your return we will inspect the items and process your refund. In store credit information will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card that doesn't expire. 

If the products are damaged in any way or were worn, items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
