Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume times (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 using the code FREESHIP at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our storefront 6 days a week.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Urban Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local post office
- Filing a claim with the carrier
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopurbanglow@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging as well as the order number, so we can work together to make it right.
